come for the pornstars, not anything else

I came exclusively to meet a featured dancer (pornstar) and get LDs from her. This club is a very bad value in NYC. All floor LDs are "your hands under your ass" or bouncer confronts you. It was this way in 2015 (my last review) and 2013. Nothing changed. I came on a friday night 11PM. There were ALOT less customers here than 2 years ago. You can walk around the SC and not get a free LD from a man now. There is actually a chance of getting a seat now. There was zero stage tipping tonight except for the pornstar's set. Its "not a thing" here. There was some stage tipping make-it-rain 2 years ago, but now zero. I never saw any massage girls.

The front door is unusual. There is always a line to get in on purpose, like its some famous celebrity sighting nightclub you can't get into. The club had plenty of free seats. It was just to create the illusion of exclusivity. The line was 5 parties deep and took 5 mins to go through. Egh, it was an okay wait. Towards the end of the line, there is a bizarre thing, where the doorman checks your ID, then holds onto it for 3 minutes, then gives it to cover girl, who gives it back to you once you are done with cover indoors once you are let into the SC. You are "trapped" because they have your ID. I've never seen any other club have this "carrying your ID for 3 mins" thing.

I used a free cover card I found lying in a local ATM lobby. Smart mofos. It was accepted with zero protest. IIRC years ago, the cover doubled when there was a pornstar was there and a "free cover" comp got you only 50% off the special inflated pornstar cover. This time, no protest, no drama. They had some other promo that you get a "$20" drink coupon on POS thermal paper with a bar code if you add yourself to their mailing list. I did so, they didnt pay much attention to it. I got the coupon, no drama. I never bought any drink here the whole night, and I tossed the drink coupon out when I got home. It had an expiration time of the next day printed on it so it couldn't be saved.
