I've been to Cheeks a few...

I've been to Cheeks a few times now, and have posted a number of reveiws. One thing I disagree with is the sales technique of these girls. Now, my experience is limited to Sunday's, mind you, but I've never seen, or experienced much going on around the bar. Once in a while you'll get a girl who really tries, but for the most part, the dollar scene is pretty lame. It seems like the girls pick one or two guys to try to do a hard sell on, but loose interest after making a couple of sales. Or they may get ambitious for a period, and then seem to get bored, and just want to hang out, either in the back or at the bar. This is not like the Playhouse, where the girls are willing, and able, to make the sales pitch the whole time they are there. There is a dollar parade, so don't think you can save money. The girls get around, but it can be pretty lame some times.

Don't get me wrong. I still like this place. The LD's are top, but I just wanted to make my own observation on the dollar parade. But, this may just be a Sunday experience and it might be more lively on other nights. After all, it is suppose to be a day or rest.
