When Options Are Limited

The only reason I can come up with for why I always see patrons in this place when I visit is that there isn’t much good competition open at the same time of day in Irvington! This place is the nighttime rough-equivalent of Vics, but it doesn’t attract anywhere near the same level of talent! Years ago, when it was called Champagne Room, you would see females go directly from Vics to this spot & chicks who worked at late-night places in Essex Co (like Sights) would work there in the evenings too. Now it seems like Paradizio (or whatever the hell they’re calling it at the moment) has a dedicated crew of busted and/or over-the-hill dancers! I swear that one of the regulars is my age or older & I was born in the 70s!!!

Frankly I would say to skip this place altogether, but if you’re still looking for some action in IRV after Vics closes, I guess it can’t hurt to stop in & see if you’re in luck. As poor as the talent is, I must admit that there’s a better chance for me to see something I like there than, say, at Bottoms Up. Paradizio’s saving grace is that they dropped the cover charge, at least the last time I went. If you have the time and gas $, I highly recommending going north to Passaic Co. after Vics closes…
