This place deserves a more in depth review from a visit a couple of weeks ago.
Set up: entrance is off the side street. Double door then make a right, on the right hand side of a short hallway are the restrooms and on the left is a side entrance to the regular bar. Buzzer and window at the door to the club straight ahead. As previous reviewer stated the bartender let you in. Upon entering on the right is the couch dance room and 20 feet further is a small bar that seat a handful is on the left. Past the bar the room opens up to a 30' x 30' room with a sunken stage straight ahead.
The stage is lined with 10 to 12 seats split equally on the right and front sides. Low table tops surround the stage area on the right and front, on the left in a lower area a few more tables next to the stage entrance are located. Sign on the wall says country girls do it better by the kitchen entrance. DJ area (used in the loosest of meaning) is to the right of the main room entry. The place is clean, not over lit and chairs are more or less comfortable but on the smallish side for the horizontally challenged gent.
Vibe: small country place playing classic rock and country music. You know you are in the country and that cannot be stressed enough. Staff is personable and down homey. They DO'NT make you feel like "visit once you're a guest and twice you're pest", unlike many small town clubs. Vibe is Friendly but "clean fun only".
