Is this a place?

I travel for work between Phoenix and SD quote a bit. I've tried several times to stop in here (and it's not the easiest place to find) with no luck, as it was always closed.

Last week I left SD late, and figured I'd hit Yuma around 6 and check the place out. Still wasn't open. Wtf? Is the place only open on weekends? I can't imagine a club in a town like Yuma waiting until 7 to open.

I have it average ratings as I didn't want to affect the average in case it's a weekend club or some other used error
