not what it used to be

On a short 4 day trip to Honolulu, I was determined to check as many clubs as I could. I used to spend quite a bit of time on Oahu but I haven't really been back for anything more than a short vacation in 20 years.

Reviews on TUSCL indicated that Honolulu is a bit of a wasteland strip club wise and I can report that at least of the clubs I saw that is pretty much true for most levels of mongers. Not that you can't see some pretty good looking girls in a few of the clubs but it seems like you have to pick from the places like Evergreen where all the girls (women) are burnout but you 'might' score a bit of action or the more mainstream clubs like Rock Za or 939 where there is virtually no interaction. Maybe you just have to be a long enough attending regular or something?

I remember clubbing here 20 years ago and getting all kinds of action although it still never approached levels of some other cities but still... This visit the girls were mostly good looking, the drinks were way overpriced and there was not private or even semi-private options. For that matter, there were no options even out in the open. Club was occupied but by no means busy, parking looked OK but I had walked from Waikiki beach (15 minutes).
