Guys night out

Went to No5 for my monthly guys night out. To first timers here, be aware that it it located in a very seedy part of town, near drug addicts and questionable individuals. I've never had any problems though, both inside or outside the club. Just keep your head up and be smart. Cover on a Saturday night is $10 and had the standard pat down, ID scan, and door girl selling cold beer. It wasn't very busy at that time, maybe because the Canucks were not playing that night. No5 is actually a good bar to watch the games, lots of tvs all over the place. The stage dancers were average and the private dance girls were the usual suspects. Most are quite friendly, do take "no" for an answer without making you feel bad, and then move on to the next.

Do not expect much getting to know you conversation from them. It's not like Vegas where they will sit on your lap and talk for a bit. As per usual, the stage shows are quite entertaining as the girls actually put on a show, some quite acrobatic, and the famous No5 shower is usually used once every few hours on the weekends. I declined any private dances, as they cost $50 a pop and I usually reserve those for the 10's, and there were none of those tonight. We stayed for one stage rotation, which takes about 2 hours, and I spent about $40, not bad for cover, 4 beers on special, and naked ladies. Better than going to a regular bar downtown.
