Landing Strip is a small club in a blue-collar town. The club is basically a jazzed-up Midwest dive bar with strippers. There was a $5 cover on a Saturday night around 22:00. The music was one hundred percent hip hop. To your right as you enter is a low bar. Instead of sitting on bar stools, you sit in chairs. Further in to your left is the stage. It is about a foot off the ground and has two poles. It is surrounded by a tip rail. Sincweisers were a very reasonable $3. There is a kitchen with a limited menu. Food is served until midnight. Smoking is permitted inside the club.

There were six dancers working. All of them were Caucasian Ohio girls. There were no breast implants or fake asses in the club. Five out of the six dancers seemed to have had kids. The dancers are only allowed to get topless and must wear pasties. All the dancers seemed to just put electrical tape over their nipples. Lap dances are $20 per song and take place in a cove in the right wall beyond the bar. There are five booths arranged in an L shape, but there is almost no divider between them. Anyone in the main room can see everything going on in the lap dance area. Contact during lap dances is mostly one-way, but if you are discreet and the dancer likes you, you can cop a feel every now and again. Some dancers are paranoid about other dancers seeing them breaking the rules and telling the management.
