Great lunch deal, bad club for lunch

As you can see in other reviews, drive around behind Bombshells, and you find Silver City. It's pretty close to Love Field, so it's convenient to stop for a pre-flight lunch. I'm a bit torn between the excellent lunch deal and the lack of actually being a strip club at lunch time. I walked in, paid five dollars and said I was there for lunch. I didn't realize that before 2pm, that five dollars wasn't a cover, but paid for my entire entree. I got a great honey mustard chicken sandwich with fries for $5. As with most strip clubs, sodas were a la carte, so each soda was 2 bucks a pop (still great for a strip club). All in all, I got a lunch with 2 sodas for $9 + tip.

Here's the downside. I only saw 2 dancers, and neither one ever touched one of the many stages. Silver City's promotional materials are covered in Caucasian women, but both of these ladies and the only waitress were African American. That could've just been a coincidence, though as this site lists is as a mixed club. One of the dancers came and chatted with me for a bit while I was eating, but I think she and her colleague were swept up by a regular before we could discuss any dances. From what I could gather, this place has recently been put under new management and is now owned by the group that run's Rick's Cabaret (which is near DFW airport. I guess they want a monopoly on airport adjacent clubs.)

Due to the great lunch deal and its location near Love Field, I'm going to go on my way to the airport each week and see if I can wrangle some extra fun out of the place by being a semi-regular. I'll report back soon.
