Scores are generous, this club needs help

Where do I begin? The location is great, the place large. It could be so much more, but it's really poorly run. They need to be more strict on the girls working here and making sure the patrons have a good time. The girls just sit around and don't do anything. No one is happy if the guys only watch tv and the girls don't get paid. It moves sooo slowly, the bartender gets change slowly, the dancers work the customers slowly, the girls stay on stage for 25 minutes each.

The rotation is slow. I personally get bored when I see a mediocre girl walking around stage for 25 minutes. It should be about 10 minutes per girl. They only have to do one thing right and everything else will follow. When the $$ comes, so will the girls, so will the vibe, everything, but they have to not just sit around.
