Pretty good experience

I visited this event periodically over the summer and into early fall - my last visit was in late September on Wednesday which is usually the day of the week I attend. I like to arrive early but not too early. Before 9pm the place is completely dead, and being in a large warehouse setting the space can feel very empty. This particular visit was at a large club in midtown way over on the west side by the river. You can literally see the west side drive from the windows. Over the summer they moved around a bit depending on the day of the week. On Wednesdays they were often at a nice location by Union Square - this was my favorite spot. The social area had lots of couches and tables where you could sit comfortably and relax. This was not the case at the midtown west location.

Anyway, let me start by saying that I've always liked Lido because of the "amateur" vibe you get from the girls. Many are GND types putting themselves through school or supporting a career in the arts/entertainment field. However, once SVT closed and some of those girls started working at Lido, the vibe began change. Although I hadn't been to SVT in years, back when it was more like Lido and not the pro-vibe typical NYC strip club atmosphere that it became, I sensed that the new influx of these girls changed the Lido dynamic a bit. However, there were still enough original Lido girls that didn't seem to be affected by this new influx that still made it worth my while to visit.

By 9pm the action starts to pick up a bit. Before 9, there will sometimes literally be only 3 or 4 customers and a bunch of bored girls sitting around looking at their phones or chatting with each other. This would generally not be a problem except that the girls I like usually don't show up until after 9. Overall, I would say the mileage is pretty good, but as always it's YMMV depending on the girl and the chemistry you have with her. The girls I clicked with usually would give me satisfying dances with plenty of grinding and sometimes kissing depending on their mood. Once they got to know you, there were more opportunities to hang out in the lounge area and have drinks which I always appreciated. Sometimes they would be done with you for the evening after the dances, but other times they would sit and drink with you for a good while in which case you would have the option of having more dances with that particular girl later on. It was always a nice feeling to get to know a girl over several visits and spend a good chunk of the evening with her having dances and just hanging out, making for a little bit of a GFE experience.
