High hopes - didn't disappoint, but didn't overwhelm

This review is from a few Sundays ago. This was my second visit to Follies as it's a several hour drive from where I live but by chance work brought me close by.

Arrived around 2pm, expect to pay out around $15 for valet, entry and tip before you settle in. I found a high top table on the right side of the club (dealer side- didn't bother me, more amusing than anything) which served me well for several hours. After my second visit, I've learned to adjust my expectations. In my profession, there aren't many women, so in the office a woman that's a '5' anywhere else gets bumped up to an '8'. Follies is similar for me...due to the limited amount of talent in the club that I go for, and the excitement of hands on, low $$ dances, I end up spending more time and money on '5's. If it was another club, I probably wouldn't give em' the time of day. But it works.

Anyway, a Georgia country girl '5' found me, got 1/2 dozen table dances that allowed my hands to roam everywhere and kept me entertained. Took a break from her and sampled a few other dancers that were more attractive, but were more about going through the motions. After spending about 2+ hours in the club, it got a little too crowded for my liking and it was time to go. The '5' kept checking up on me and we ended up on the couch for a few dancers where she finished me off and sent me on my way. Was offered VIP for $152 and also OTC. Was tempted and thought hard about it but just knew I'd be disappointed with myself later. Probably a good call as I left happy from the couch dances and didn't look back.
