The best never changes

Managed to find myself in Southern California, so I made two trip to Tijuana on a Sunday and Monday night.

I have documented the boarding crossing before, I tend to stick with the old crossing and park at the closest lot. The attendant always gives my unlimited time for $8. The lot is pretty small thoough.

Entering Mexico, I had to get a visa both times. Last time through they waved me through. Also, the Taxi que is a little further away now, you have to cross the street to get a taxi. This adds about 30 seconds to the trip since the taxi's have to U-Turn to get back to the new bridge. No idea why they did that. The good news, however, is that there were no drivers hounding you as you walked down the sidewalk. Taxi continues to be $5 and the new bridge means the trip is just 3 or 4 minutes.
