Will Richmond Ever Get Better?!?!?!

I just do not understand why the bar in Richmond is so low. Everything is just average. There is no wow factor and any glimmer of wow is overshadowed by something that devalues it. Nothing against the girls because I don't think it's their fault. It seems like the overall problem starts at the top. Remember when everyone used to make you feel important not just the girls. Y'all are in the service industry. Make me feel like more than my money and, trust me, I will give you more of it.
