Barf-a-mundo

I have been to Tobies only a few times over the years. I pass by there ever now and then, and decided to try it again. This was a Wed afternoon about 1:30. Not many cars in the lot (there are never many during the day). The sign on the door says Membership Required. I ask the bartender if I needed a membership and she said no. I ordered a beer, and she gave me a membership card to fill out so that I would have one (and I might add that I won't be using). There were 3 or 4 black dancers and about the same number of white dancers. Most definitely no one that I would want to spend money on. The Jacksonville area is not known for having any decent clubs and nothing with any extras involved. To be honest, I didn't see anyone that I would have wanted extras from if they were paying me!!

So this fat white girl sits down at the bar with me and chit chats. After awhile she asks if I will be getting any dances. I told her no, that I was going to have my beer, kill some time, and leave. Thinking this might persuade her to move on. She says that is okay that she will sit and chat anyways. Whoopeee!! She brings up the topic of which is my fav NFL team. I tell her that I don't watch NFL due to some of the scumbags not standing for the national anthem. She proceeds to tell me why its okay to not stand and show respect for the flag and country because Trump is President. This thoroughly pisses me off, I get up and leave with only having about one third of my beer. Anyone need a membership card to Tobies? I won't be using mine again!
