Improving after Rick's took over

I think Scarlett's is improving after Rick's (same public company that owns Tootsie's) bought it.

The quality of the dancer's has remained the same but it feels like now they have a little more liberty, I had this feeling that the girls were not afraid of being caught doing something they were not supposed to or were not as restricted.

I was there in the afternoon, around 5PM. There were about 8 good looking girls, not too many customers. Girls will approach and chat with you without being pushy. The dancer that I was chatting with was from North Carolina, a gorgeous young ebony lady. She is very educated and outgoing. She gave me a couple of dances with plenty of reaming, we were basically all by ourselves in the lap-dance area which is a little too dark. I had a great time with her. I believe dances were $25 each. After that I just left 'cause there was not much going on, but I was told that it gets much better later at night. I will be going back.
