A Decent Neighborhood Joint
Drew the "business travel short straw" and would up staying overnight by the Buffalo airport. Following a short, pointless visit to Scores Buffalo (see separate review), I decided things could not get sadder and drove to Pharaoh's. Turned out to be my first decent decision of the evening.
Pharaoh's is near BUF, tucked away on an access road just off airport property. Well-lit and easy to find (at night), large parking lot with no fee to self-park. I didn't see a valet option, but it may happen later. Physically, the club looks relatively new and well-maintained. No cover (at 8:00). Inside, a large stage filled the center of the room, with a tip rail and table seating. A long bar to the right of the entrance had an open seat at the end. Prompt service by an attractive bartender, normal club pricing ($8 for call whisky). Noticed a small satellite stage next to the bar, not in use during my visit. Decent customer count, lively but not crowded, maybe 25 PLs including me and 8-9 dancers.
The dancers were reasonably attractive and friendly; a few with muffin tops, but nothing below a 5 and most around 7. Good rapport with customers, interacting rather than hiding in the dressing room. Made contact with a younger, slender AA dancer. She was quite appealing but new to the game (said she had been dancing for two weeks). In any case, we clicked and had a nice chat at the bar, leading to an offer for lap dances. $25 per song, paid in advance to the "host," who gets the cask while the dancer gets a poker chip. The dance room is an assortment of sofas, not really private, likely awkward if it had been busy. Signed up for two dances, decent contact, but probably better with a girl with, shall we say, stronger marketing skills. Back to the main room after, and my dancer carried on a good conversation with me until it was time for her set.
