Not my best visit here -- compared to past

I had an hour to kill with a little thirst and a little hunger, so I decided to stop in to Louie's for a cold one. I was also hoping for a warm one.

As others have described, Louie's is quite small, like a neighborhood bar will a half dozen women in various states of undress circulating offering barside lappers. Unlike a recent review stated, there IS a back room for semiprivate dances at a rate of 50, I have found. Also, there are a number of slot machines, if you are in to pissing your money away that way. Me, I prefer cashing in to a different slot, whenever offered.

Anyway, I was hoping for crazy Brooke to have returned. No such luck. I counted 6 gals (2 more arrived as I was leaving) and nearly 30 custies. After 15 minutes or so, was approached by a surprisingly pretty, thin white gal. We shared some awkward conversation (her name was Lacy, early 30's, been there 4 years, been around a number of other local establishments). For this place, she was good looking, if a little TOO much girl next door. She offered and I accepted a couple barside lappers at the rate of 10 per. I just couldn't get into it. Maybe it was her studiously avoiding the red zone. Maybe it was her preference to remain cheek to cheek and silent. I would have rather she gazed into my eyes. If she is going cheek to cheek, whisper sweet nothings or say something other than "do you want another?". Do I want another plutonic 3-minute hug? I guess not.
