So so Friday visit

Decided somewhat last minute to take a run to Follies yesterday afternoon. During the time I was visiting more regularly, I had scratched Fridays off my list for several reasons. It has been awhile since my last visit but not much changed. I arrived what I thought was early, 11:40am, yet the majority of wall seats including shadow's corner were already occupied. I found one of the last seats near the big VIP and settled in. I was surprised at the number of dancers already out on the floor but most were sitting with each other with 1 or 2 giving a dance now and then. Things stayed pretty slow for the next hour and a half, actually right about 1.

Many have lamented but I will repeat, if your favorite type dancer is cute white spinners, they are gone, at least on this Friday afternoon. I got up and walked around a little several times to see what was happening on the DJ end of the club but it was the same. With that said, there were quite a number or mixed dancers that fit the spinner bill. I got dances from two of them and they were to Follies standards though I didn't get to overboard knowing that VIP was not an option for me this trip due to time constraints.

Probably the highlight of the visit was reconnecting with a couple of staff folks that I hadn't seen in some time. It was good to catch up briefly. It will probably be some time before I head back, and if I do, I may try earlier in the week.
