Scams and Ew
Don't. At least not on a Thursday afternoon. I walk in, it's small & dark, which I like. I'm always a little bit twitchy when I walk into these places, I don't know why, so first, I go over to the bar and have a look around. There is one stage, and this pale, kinda chunky girl with balloon-y fake boobs is just sort of leaning against the pole, slowly rocking side to side. It does not look like dancing. Whatever. I'll leave a tip because courtesy. I buy my food from the bartender, a cute petite girl with pigtails who's covered in tattoos and always has something weird or funny to say, who I wish was one of the dancers.
The next actual dancer was another chunky girl with very saggy boobs who just sat on the edge of the stage giving one guy a shoulder rub. And didn't even take her shirt off. There were a few more dancers, none of whom were attractive, and none of whom I wanted anything to do with. One of them asked me if I wanted a private dance, I figured the sign on the wall said one song was just $10 so why not, I'm just checking this place out anyway.
We walked to the back, which looked like those "arcades" at some sex toy shops, and did not look comfortable. She then asked the obvious about-to-scam-you question of "have you had private dances here before?" , but I wanted to see if she'd be honest or not, so I told her "No". She immediately quoted me a ridiculous price, so I laughed in her face, and walked out. I doubt I'll be going back.
