Great Looking Club

Let me open by saying that this club is not in the City of Lawton but rather about 3 miles outside the city. It is literally in the middle of nowhere. It is about 2.5 miles from the only other adult entertainment club in Comanche county, just to the west of the city/county line. With all of this being said, let me now discuss the club. I went to Cowgirls a couple of weeks before this visit and found it be closed. There was a lady there - not sure if she was a dancer or waitress - who said the manager had gone to Wichita Falls, TX, about an hour south with the club keys in his/her pocket.

So this time I went back a little after 7pm. The club's exterior lights were on but the door was locked. So I left and came back in about 30 minutes. This time when I pulled into the parking lot there was a guy at the front door holding it open. I was the only car in the parking lot. I thought I would go on in and see what was happening. The music could be heard through the wall. As I entered, there was a reminder that this had been called Platinum at one time due to the floor mat across from the doorman's booth. There was no one at that location so I went on into the club. Looking around I saw a very nicely appointed club with a center stage with 2 poles that was lit in red.

There was other lighting of various shades throughout the club. The chairs were nice and comfortable with 3 around most of the tables except for those along the low back wall, which had only 2. There was a separate area with 3 nice pool tables in it with racked cues. At the south end of the stage there was an area that was roped off that may have been a VIP area. There was another raised area across from the stage that may have been the lap dance area. The bar area is nice and this club serves both liquor and beer. Most of the liquor bottles appeared to be various vodkas and the choice of bottled beer was slightly limited. Missing from this club were the DJ and dancers. The bartender/manager told me that he was having a hard time with keeping dancers. He also said he had trouble keeping dancers and when he could they often showed up when they wanted.
