Saturday Night at Pin-Ups

I had a friend visiting out of town that I wanted to entertain. So we jumped in the car, rode around a bit, and decided to stop at Pin-Ups. I parked my car and the parking attendant hustled to collect a $5 fee. We entered the club and were patted down by security before paying the entry cover, $20. It was about 10:00pm, the club wasn't busy so was easy to find a seat at the bar to order some drinks ($6) and check out the club. The main room is fairly large. The bar is in the middle of the club in front of the stage with tables and chairs on one side and pool tables on the other. There are two other rooms adjacent to the main room that are set up like a lounge with soft chairs and another bar.

The atmosphere was relaxed. Hip-hop/Rap/R&B music was constant. Patrons were all types of people: young, old, male, female, etc... The strippers were a wide variety of mostly attractive black women. Most were friendly and stopped by to flirt and flash and ask for personal dances for $5 per short song. Personal dances involved some lap grinding and mutual hands on. Strippers entertained on stage two at a time and patrons tipped dollar bills in appreciation.

All considered we had a great time. The parking and cover charges seemed a little excessive. But, the high cost of entry was mitigated by the fun we had once we got inside. I don't expect to become a regular although, I will definitely return again.
