Getting a Makeover

I went past this place a few weeks ago and I saw some contractors working on the roof, facade, and the interior. I talked to some friends who knew the workers and they said that it is going to be reopened by the Thorobred owner as one as one of his clubs. They said they would be done in a few months.

I used to be a regular at this club for a time in the 90s but it is has been nothing but a total waste of time for at least 10 years (along with a health hazard). I have always felt that this stretch of Dixie was perfect for a club if it was run right. I have always thought this area had the possibility of having a club that seems to be right out of the movie Porky's.

Hot Legs is nice but never seems to have any dancers. I hope that this place gets cleaned up and reopens better than ever.
