Never Again

I had not been in this club in over a year, but I had time to kill and I thought I'd waste it here. They have improved the parking lot slightly and the couches have finally been updated so they are not all ripped out. However, the place needs to be cleaned. The smell is bad. One of the bathrooms is not working and the other one smells terrible. That always tells me a lot about any business, in terms of cleanliness. Then there were the dancers.

They don't dance in the afternoon. They have not danced in years. They sit at the bar and track you to your table. They act as the waitress and then sit with you. This day there were four. Three AA, one heavy white girl. The most attractive AA dancer followed me to the table. She told me her name, but I can't remember. The first thing she said is, "I'm 40." I am older, so maybe she thought that was a good thing. For me, I do appreciate the older dancers, but it was odd. She had a decent body, tall and in good shape, but she was obviously on drugs. She had no attention span.

Just to kill time I did have her dance for me on the couches and she was all over the place there too. She again mentioned she was 40 four or five times during our time together. I think she was so high she couldn't remember what she had said. Since she was the best of the lot and the others seemed to have no interest in moving off their bar stools, I cut my losses and continued on my way. Extras are available in the afternoon here, but as the title says, never again for me.
