Arrived about 4:45, 4-5-6 dancers, most at the bar visiting with each other, and a couple with the only other customers in the place. I think a couple more may have been in the private dance area, but didn’t see any one come or go from there. After waiting 10 minutes for a waitress, I walked to the bar & ordered a drink. I visited with 2-3 dancers there, but none got me excited, and none seemed interested in visiting, let alone seeing if I wanted company. Watched 2 dancers do uninspired 2 song stage sets, and immediately return to their friends at the stage. I finished my drink & left. My past experiences at the “Bird” have been disappointing, but this was totally a waste. Based on other reviews, this place must be fun, but apparently only if you are a “known” regular. Since I only get to Lawrence 2-3-4 times a year, I just don’t have the time to spend cultivating the regular status. I left after less than ½ hour. Silly Old Bob
