I went to the Gold Cup...

I went to the Gold Cup on Sunday 03/21/04 around 5 PM. There was no cover. The club was dead. There were 4 or 5 customers and as many dancers. There is a main stage and two side stages. Only the main stage was open and with so few dancers and customers was empty most of the time. The club was pretty dark. Orange juice is $5.75.

Lap dances are $20 and are done in the back in an open room with tables and high back chairs. Plenty of mutual contact. I wanted to try other dancers, but a rude loud mouth dancer kept arguing with the DJ about dancing on the main stage since there weren't many customers and no one would time her. After about 30 minutes of her complaining over and over again I had enough and left. Not many dancers to choose from anyway. With so many great clubs in Houston Gold Cup is not worth my time.
