Day shift is not bad...if the ships from Pearl Harbor come in from underway-the sailors go STRAIGHT to town to party and spend money. This can be your cash cow for the day. Tip outs are reasonable. DJ rotates and he is not very nice. Neither are the bouncers. Ross behind the bar is pretty great. Joe and Bill are both waiters and will help you make money TIP THEM OUT even though you do not have to...it is imperative that you tip out those servers who introduce you to customers.

If you speak Japanese or Korean you will make more. LOTS of Japanese tourists. there is NOT stage rotation. What we do is we dance at the request of the customer or if you want to just showcase yourself. Some girls use a dance mat and just sit on the stage and chat with customers. Night shift is super packed the later it gets..
