Great decor, nice variety...and vacant stares

Roxy is a newer strip club in an older standalone building that used to house Toppers in the 80s/90s/00s and most recently Stilletos Gentlemen’s Club.

At the door, my girlfriend and I were greeted professionally by an attractive and friendly front of house employee who charged us $10 each to enter. It was a Thursday night around 10:00 PM, and the cover charge seemed about right. Interestingly, there did not appear to be any male bouncers or obvious security lurking around.

I had never been inside the building before my recent visit, but it is obvious that the owners went to some expense to create a new, upscale atmosphere at the Roxy. New carpet, those comfy U-shaped chairs (big enough for this big dude), upgraded lighting and video, and mirrored surfaces everywhere create a beautiful, intimate atmosphere that I initially thought might set the stage for some sexy, upscale fun.
