After a few months.....

After a few months of not stopping here, decided it was time for a revisit due to being in Harrisburg for some business. Definitely noticed a few differences. New girl at the entrance, had to tell her I was a vet, since she did not notice it on my DL, then I had to show it again (no cover for vets, so still the same there). Fast bar service on initial entry, but not so fast after that, as the barmaid kept disappearing for sometimes 15 minutes at a time, forcing the customers to wait for a drink, definitely not good.

All the while, the bouncer/manager or whatever he is, was sitting at the bar shooting the breeze with the dancers and a customer. Speaking of dancers, only one dancer that I recognized from previous visits was on shift, and she never even said hello, as a matter of fact none of them said hello, and only one of them actually said thank you while on stage for the tip that I presented. There may have been 9 patrons maximum at one time while I was there, and all but two or three were totally ignored during the time I was there, about 1.5 hours.

This place is so hit or miss that I wonder if it will ever change. Yes, the decor is nice, the metal detector is tougher than any airport, the beer prices are reasonable, but the interaction with entertainers is non-existant at most times, except for the guy that brought pizzas for the girls, he got attention! Maybe that is the key to having fun here, bring food!
