I went to Sheri's Cabaret in...

I went to Sheri's Cabaret in the afternoon of the second Saturday in April. This is the first time I had been there since it was completely remodeled. The $30 entrance fee seemed pretty steep (but I've heard not everyone pays the fee). The facility is much better and bigger than it was before being remodeled. There is one fairly large stage with close chairs for tipping, and there are a number of tables with chairs a various distances from the stage.

There were only 6-7 guys there at about 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. There seemed to be about the same number of dancers. The dancers were about 6-8, no real knockouts, but all decent looking. One girl at a time danced on the stage, ultimately ending up totally nude. The gaps between dancers were quite long.

Within a very short time, one of the girls sat down with me and started chatting. After a small amount of small talk, she started pressuring me for a private dance. I resisted for a while, but her persistence, and the fact that I had some great private sessions at the old Sheri's, finally got me to accept her invitation. The private shows are a steep $225.00. The new private show areas are booths with a couch-like bench and smoked glass fronts, giving some, but not complete privacy. The girl (forgot her name) took my money, left and came back in a couple minutes. Then the unfortunate difference between the old Sheri's and the new Sheri's became obvious. She started a timer, stripped to nude, and started a pretty good lap dance for just a few seconds. Then she wanted more money in tips to show me a "better time." She suggested $300.00. I guess I must have looked like a complete idiot. Since I had already paid a lot of money, and did not want to waste it completely, I gave her another $100. She looked disappointed but took it, and continued the lap dance. The dance was OK, but nothing special. I had a much, much better time at the old Sheri's for less money. Better dances can be had elsewhere for much less money.
