Disappointed

I have been visiting Dallas on business about once a month for about the last two years and I normally try to work in a visit to Baby Dolls on each visit. Not much has changed during that time but ;it seems that the club is on a downward trend for me.

The cover is still $7.00 and a Bud Light is still $5.75. The club is basically a large rectangle with a second floor balcony and more TVs than the average sports bar but while it is not what I am there for; the quality of the picture on these screens could be better. In the center of the first floor was a large bar with another bar on the second floor. The first floor has a very large stage on one end of the room with six small satellite stages circling the room. There are pool tables on the left of the main stage and the bathrooms on the right (with a bathroom attendant). Opposite the stage is a large set of stairs up to the second floor. This second floor balcony has a series of VIP rooms around the outside and the table and chairs up there seem to be reserved for regular lap dances ($20 each). There is not a lot of privacy here but that does not stop a generous amount of two way contact. Here is one change that I don't really care for; the new chairs up there are two small and very uncomfortable for lap dances.

Another change is the amount of "wanna dance" girls. It used to be that the dancers would spend several minutes talking and flirting with you before asking for dances and they would graciously take no thanks for an answer. I think part of this is the Cuban invasion; most of speak very little English so the flirting is all but gone and they can be persistent to the point of being annoying.
