Solid Place but has Slow Nights

I’ve had several visits to Vivid and generally have a good time here. I usually stay in this area of town, so it seems like a good idea after a few drinks. Every time I have been there I have found the girls to be attractive and friendly. They really push the VIP dances, which can be annoying, but it’s their job. The VIP here is pricy, really pricy, but it is not out of the expected range for NYC. Depending on the dancer and how much you want to spend, you can have plenty of fun, but, again, it is going to really cost you.

My biggest issue with the club is that about half the time I go in there it is virtually empty, and the vibe is just boring when it’s that empty. I actually left after 20 minutes on a recent visit and the doorman gave me a pass to return because he knew it was bad. The staff and doormen have always been very nice. Most of the time, this iis a solid place, but it definitely has its off nights. I’d say it is in the top tier of Manhattan clubs though.
