Rail was decent, but dancers mostly hanging out with regulars

Visited on a Friday around 6:00 p.m. The 5 dancers were scattered around the club, apparently talking with regulars. They didn't seem to be trying to talk the regulars into dances, either -- at least no one was biting. A youngish Latina was sitting at a table playing with her phone, and I was at the rail when she went up to the stage.

The rail contact was good, but afterwards she just retreated back to her table without asking for dances. Based on this visit, I can't figure this place out. Seems to be low on dance hustle with the dancers otherwise occupied with conversation with regulars.
