Didn't try any of the VIP selections, so I can't speak for that this time around.

Dancers get fully nude when on stage and are topless for lap dances. Atmosphere was fairly relaxed, no one pressured you into doing anything. Had a first timer on stage and she was pretty sexy though I can't remember her name.

It is a juice bar however (must be close enough to Missouri's border for that law to count) and my impression is that you won't be seeing any bikini area goods unless you try the VIP room (which is 100 for 3 songs and about 200 for thirty minutes or so). But since I didn't go there, I can't say for certain.
