Have to Figure This Place Out

I've come to this place a couple of times, it may be one of the more convenient locations for me if I just want to duck out for a few hours. The quality is better than Akron in terms of dancer appearance, but I just don't know how this place works. The stage is always active, and there are some good things to look at. However, once the girls leave the stage, they all seem to disappear. There appears to be an active patio. I decided to try and tip a girl on stage, and the girl politely comes down and gives you a hug and thanks you for the tip, but never sticks around or asks for a dance.

I did see a guy in the "Reserved" booth get a dance on the floor towards the back and he was simply getting an air dance. One girl told me dances get a little more physical in the back VIP, but I didn't want to spend the money to just take a chance on that. I'm not necessarily looking for extras, but I really like a good looking girl and a good grind...I'm not sure how to make that work here. They seem to have the good looking girl part covered. I don't know if I have time to be a "regular", but I would definitely be open to any advice...
