How does this place survive?

This club sits right between Players and Coli on 8 Mile. I decided to check it out since it had been a couple years and was hoping for some improvements. Sadly, everything I hated about the place was still there. The dancers looked like rejects from other clubs. There is still a fee paid to the bouncer to go to the VIP (I don't remember how much because I really didn't care because of the lack of talent).

A long time ago, this club was OK. Never a favorite, but worth a visit once in awhile. Now it's worth driving by.

I'm not sure why they can't attract some better talent. Do the managers treat the dancers like crap? Do they charge too much for tip out?
