Decently classy place
I was heading north towards the Catskills on a Friday evening and decided to stop in here for dinner and a bit of fun. I had a pretty decent time and would totally stop in again, but this isn't my neck of the woods, so I'll probably never have the chance.
Based on the number of reviews and the looks of the place, the Mansion is pretty new. It's on the east side of route 9W, just around the northern border of Newburgh. There's a parking lot divided into a couple of sections in front of the building, along with a circular drive for people who are going to be dropped off. The parking lot isn't too big - when I pulled up, the section closest to the building was full; there was another section not too far away with a couple spots available, but that looked to be it. There might be valet available - I couldn't tell.
I pulled up around 6pm, entered and paid the $10 cover (which apparently goes up later in the evening). I guess I got there right after they got started, since the doorman said the first dancer would be up in about 5 minutes. When I walked in, there were hardly any customers - two women talking at the bar that didn't appear to be dancers or staff, and one other guy. But, with two bartenders, a couple barbacks, the doorman, the admission girl and whatever kitchen staff they have, that explains the almost full parking lot. I don't know what happens when it gets crowded here. When you walk in, the bar is right in front of you, where there's plenty of seating, and then there's seating off to either side and a balcony around the inside of the building. The stage is actually elevated and behind the bar, so if you're sitting at the bar you'd have to throw dollars over the pit and up about 4 feet to tip the dancers - I didn't see anybody else tipping dancers on stage, so I'm not sure how this is handled (the two women left before the dancers came on, and the other guy was busy talking to the bartenders). I sat through almost one complete rotation of the 7 or so dancers on duty - things looked pretty good. All the girls were youngish and natural (no implants), but generally fit and attractive. There wasn't anyone that I saw on stage that I would turn down for a dance. Generally smaller chests - maybe one girl had C cups, others were B or less. The elevated stage might make the dancers look a bit taller than they would otherwise. For the most part, girls came out for their sets and then disappeared backstage after a couple songs; nobody circulated through the "audience" for quite some time. The first two up didn't bother taking anything off, since I was the only person paying attention and too dumb to tip. After I had eaten, I moved from the bar to one of the more lounge-y seats and watched the show from there. After I'd been there for a while, a dancer came out from backstage that I hadn't seen up on stage before and made some chitchat (some SS about "I've never seen you here before!", which, duh, I've never been there) before offering me dances, which I accepted. We just did the single-song $20 dances that take place in a corner on the first floor, basically right behind where I was sitting. Kind of out in the open, but when you're the only guy in a place, everything's private. I only got one dance from her, and she didn't really ask for more. The dance was topless, and I had pretty free reign over everywhere but the crotch. It was fun, but nothing special. Not too long after, probably the hottest girl working while I was there came out and we talked for a bit before doing more dances. Also nothing special, but she extended the no-fly zone to her chest, but she was attractive enough that I wasn't going to complain about it. I talked with her about what other dance options they have - basically there's a champagne room upstairs where you buy blocks of time: $125 for 15 min; $225 for 30; $400 for an hour, so there is a volume discount involved, and she said they throw in champagne for the hour dances. She said they don't force you to buy a bottle for the champagne room but, it was only her second day working there, so she might not have had her facts straight.
