Not what it used to be, but not much has changed
Based on some of the other reviews, I decided to check it out an old haunt. Because this club is reviewed a lot I will spare the details of the layout of the club. I went on a Thursday evening. There were a decent number of girls working, but not a ton. There were no standouts, all average to barely above average. Most of the dancers were friendly. The first two sat down and spent about 5-7 minutes to get to know me before suggesting a dance.
There was a trio of Spanish speaking dancers who were kind of shitty though. All three walked up to me and asked if I wanted a dance. I asked the last one if that was her best sales pitch, because I needed convincing. She was not amused. The rest of the trio left me alone for the remainder of the night. The hustle factor is the same as always. A waitress was constantly asking if I wanted to buy whatever girl was in my vicinity a drink. This was also the most diverse I've seen the dance crew here. This is the first time in all my trips that I think the dance crew was majority minority.
I did partake in lap dances with two of the dancers. It was the standard 3 for $50 with $10 to the house and the upsell for the drink to the dancer. They have removed the curtains from the individual booths, but did hang a heavy curtain at the entry way to each lapdance section. It's not what it used to be, but this is still probably the most privacy you can get in a lapdance booth in Tampa. An upsale pitch was made in the booth, but it was declined.
