Uncle Fester's club

Limited time in Westminster, so went to visit The Library on a Friday after lunch. Parking lot was pretty empty. Walked in, checked in with the lady at the front...no cover. Full bar on the left, stage on the right. Typical SC furniture. No waitress, so you get to have a nice chat with the very pretty bartender. After 15 minutes or so, a dancer came on stage...thin long legged brunette called Jezebel. Started in lingerie and was topless for the second song. I think there were 5 dancers on duty ranging from 5-7.

During the dance, a healthy blonde (whose name I can't remember) came up and knelt by my side. After a brief chat, I asked her for a tour. There is a LD room in the far back left corner...with the bouncer (who looked just like Uncle Fester) right outside. Chairs lined the walls, so no privacy whatsoever. The "VIP" area is just to the right of Fester; it cost $20 to the house per session no matter how many dances you have with that girl. Then it's $20-25/dance to the dancer. The VIP area has moderately high-walled velvet cubicles, reasonably dark, offering only moderate privacy, particularly with the overhead camera in play (with monitors at Fester's station and in the office).

I wound up getting dances in VIP from 3 different ladies (time to kill, but not enough to go to COI!). Dances are NOT topless, though there were a number of wardrobe malfunctions. For two of them, Fester was outside and the office was empty, so my companions provided me with some over the pants manual action and gently bit a couple of sensitive areas. At the start of the 3rd, Fester came up and said, "Hey! Keep your hands at your sides!" even though my hands were already at my sides...I'm not a big fan of his. The dancer told me that rules vary by dancer...he's apparently stricter with her (one foot on the ground at all times, she can only touch herself for a bit, etc.).
