One of the Best in PDX

I visited Rouge around 830 PM on a Monday and a Thursday in early September. Rouge is one, if not the best strip clubs in Portland. I visit this club during business travel to the city. Summer can be a bit slow, business picks up during the winter as the weather here turns cool and very wet.

Rouge has been undergoing renovations by the new owners which are big improvements. The club has two main stages and several under 21 mini-stages along one wall. Word is the minors hate them because it limits their exposure to the crowd to only those persons sitting directly in front of them, but they are entertaining so pay them a visit too.

The club was experiencing A/C problems during my visit. The building owner and Rouge were arguing over who pays to have the system repaired. No worries though, the girls were enjoying fully nude exposure to the fans they installed to stay cool.
