This is the only strip club...

This is the only strip club for quite some distance. Due to Kern County rules, there is no alcohol.

The club is skanky and dank. You leave with a general feeling of being covered with a thin layer of slime. You enter through a foyer that doubles as the entrance to the porn store. Everything about the place feels sleazy. There is one big stage, with tables around it. There are a set of booths in the back for private dances. The dancers do a set of three songs on stage, and then circulate. I sat at the back of the room, and every single dancer looked much better from afar than close up. This is a group of women that has been "rode hard and put up wet." For the purpose of writing a useful review, I'm sorry to say I didn't sample any private dances, so I can't comment on mileage or anything else. However, for my selfish purposes, I'm glad I can spend my $20 on something prettier, like stale onion rings and a flat cola from Burger King.

If you just gotta see nipples, and you're in Bakersfield, this is what you're stuck with. If you've been to any clubs elsewhere, you're almost sure to be disappointed. I stayed only 15 minutes and left. I gave it a 3 instead of a 1 only because the security seemed ok and the hustle factor wasn't too offensive.
