Certainly a nicer place than I...
Certainly a nicer place than I expected. Its in an industrial area, but quite a nice building and decent parking. $20 to get in sucks, but since they don't server 8$ beers, I guess they have to pay the bills somehow. $35 more to get into the VIP area, which I paid right away since the main floor was packed (late on a Friday night). So - not a place to "stop by" like I normally do, but is a great place to hang out if you have some time and remember to bring some of your own beer.
Waitstaff and bouncer types were friendly and offered to help me find anything I'd like. The VIP area had really comfortable couches and was much less crowded than the main area. Interesting tactic - they let you sit and hang out for a bit in the VIP area before asking (nicely) for the extra money. Lets you get a feel for it first. Definitely a plus that other clubs should emulate. They stick you with a little wristband to show that you've paid.
A less than stellar-looking dancer came by, and offered up a free massage - man, that was really nice. After about 3 songs of the free massage, I asked for a dance and tipped $40 instead of $20, she then offered additional services for cheap, but I wasn't really looking for that and moved on.
