Penns Port is one of a kind in Philadelphia. I give it a 9 because it's so good at what it is, a hidden gem. It's a small neighborhood type of bar that isn't in a neighborhood. It's on Columbus Blvd (Delaware Ave) in South Philly, a 5 minute drive from the Phillies and Eagles venues. There are about 20-25 bar stools around a rectangular bar that has a small, maybe 5 foot by 7 foot stage to the right side. And the right side directly in front of the stage is the place to sit. This is technically a topless bar but in reality all of the dancers show their pussy while on stage and when they're walking around on top of the bar for tips. There are no couch dances. The girls are very friendly when they're on top of the bar and some spen a lot of time conversing with the customers while squating down on top of the bar. This is not a place where I ever spend more than 45 minuites to a hour because they only have 3 girls per shift. But what girls they have! Girls like Ashley, Madison, and Kiley, all well known in the area. This is a great place to go to before a Phillies game. Be aware of the strange hours here; they are open from 11AM-7PM Mon-Wed, and 11AM-midnight on Thurs and Fri, closed Sat and Sun. The Show'n'Tell is one block north (it's nude and BYO) so a stop a Penns Port for an hour before going to SnT would make for a good warm up.
