Are they dancers here to make money?

A consistent pattern at this club is that the dancers hang out in the back until they are on stage. Unless you catch them right as they leave the stage, you actually have to ask a waitress or other staff member to go and get a dancer if you want a dance. (And then the wait can be 15-20 minutes.) There is no sitting and taling to the customers. Heaven forbid if her "shift" is over when she leaves the stage. She will outright tell you no and get the hell out of there. On top of that, they are raising the prices in the VIP?? Sitting in a sports bar is more stimulating!
