On the way back

I can now confirm that this club has been sold to new management who are turning things back around. I will however be reviewing again after a few more visits. Why? It was a very slow night and the new owner James (who I corresponded with through this site when he was considering buying the club) was a little embarrassed it was a slow start to the night. I've been going to the club in previous iterations since 2006 and that has always been an issue. Any given night, for some reason, can start slow, or, like the last time I was in, can start out with the entire SUNY Fredonia Hockey team at the main stage.

Some highlights, the dancers (although there were only two) are both dancers I would get a lap dance or bed dances from. That wasn't the case under the previous owners for about the last two years. The bartender Rayne was also available for private dances, and took a spin on stage due to the lack of dancers that night, and was worth it. She charges a bit more, but she has worked in both Dallas and Houston and knows her craft well. Also bed dances are back, though the $50 is only for one song now, but I still consider them worth it (3 for $100 is also available). The songs are also pretty long, so that also seems to mitigate part of the price increase, and they are still selling a lot of bed dances.

The layout is pretty much the same, though it has been spruced up a bit and the drink selection is a lot better than it was. They do a fortune cookie give away, for $3 you can win prizes like a free lap dance or drinks and such, which seems pretty popular. Also the bed dance rooms are back, with real beds, and looks better than it has for years. A few improvements also, like opaque curtains as opposed to beaded ones so not everyone walking past can watch you through them. I only saw two of them, but one featured a wall hung with paddles and canes and such, and they're not just for show. Part way through my dance with Lacie (tall, fit reddish brown hair, excellent couple of dances) she handed me a paddle and presented her backside for a spanking. Not my particular thing, but she seemed to enjoy it.
