Tuesday Night

This wasn't my first visit to Tex Mex, but my first weekday visit. For those that don't know it's a medium sized club near McAllen, close enough for a 15 minute drive from downtown, but no hotels or restaurants nearby. Still a $10 cover on a weeknight. It's got a 10 seat bar facing the stage, and about twenty some tables around the main stage in addition to perverts row. There are two pool tables on the left and private dances are in a room on the right. There's glass separating the main room from the private dances, so don't expect any privacy from the bouncers.

Bathrooms are next to the pool tables, not the nicest but they serve the purpose. There is a bathroom attendant on the weekends, but not on Tuesday.

Only 4 dancers that night, but it was definitely because of the weeknight. I was there on weekends were there 10 to 20 of various calibers. Dancers are usually very polite without a lot of hard sells. All 4 asked for a dance but didn't press the issue if I said no thank you. Not a lot of customers to choose from so they would hang out with whoever bought their drinks. Best dancer there spoke no English which made conversation difficult, but that isn't atypical in South Texas. Very polite, but aggressive and had a huge, rock hard pair of implants, with the usual assortment of tattoos. Did a couple of dances with her and thought she did a good job.
