Mermaids

I visited this club several nights is row last month. I was in town for a conference and it was a straight shot down the road from the resort. I would have preferred some of the clubs in Tampa, but this place had the advantage of being very close.

The manager, the bar tenders, and the dancers were all pleasant and wanted us to enjoy our time at the club. When we came back the next time, they all treated us like the other regulars. That does off-set some the negative parts of the club.

Overall, there really isn't a reason to go out of your way to find this club, unless you just happen to be in the neighborhood. To its credit, it is very laid back club, but seriously nothing special. The bar is on your right hand as you enter the club. The main stage is in the center of the room. Private lap dance areas are to right and to left of the main stage. Dance prices are $25 a lap dance, or you can opt for a private 15 minute dance for $80 and/or 1/2 hour private dance for $160. The 15 minutes dances are in small private booths and the 1/2 hour dances are in larger private rooms. Overall, the physical quality of the club needs some serious work, but I doubt anyone goes here expecting high dollar furniture or wall coverings.
