Good, but not Great
For what it is, a tavern in stylish NW DC with three stages featuring nekkid girls, it is actually not bad. I could see where Crystal City Restaurant in VA may have modeled itself on this place. I came after a college alumni happy hour, arriving in a stylish NW DC neighborhood I wouldn't mind living. Unlike the Royal Palace (a dump situated incongruously in another nice neighborhood), I could see myself becoming a regular, long as I lived around there or spent more time in the neighborhood.
The girls are a UN cross-section, generally lean and well-kept, with a couple 9's in there (one Latina with long dark hair in particular was as spectacular as I've ever seen on a DC stage). If you sit at a table near the stage and tip profusely, you may get some nice attention as long as the bouncer guy's not walking around (one reasonably well-dressed guy on the side of the stage kept feeding dirhams to the gal's garter and she began applying the leg-on-the-shoulder move, until the bouncer guy politely tapped the reasonable well-dressed guy on the other shoulder. In case you forgot this was DC. So at best, you can experience in your mind the lap dances these lovely gals would be giving somewhere besides here.
Stage-tipping does not guarantee more than a thank you or handshake with most of the gals (some do a hug-n-kiss), but it appears being a regular does get you a tablemate and more than a brief thank you, from what I saw. The girl:guy ratio was pretty even overall but there were 2 neighborhood-looking guys who basically commandeered half the girls who weren't on the stage at that time (pretty continuous entertainment on all three stages), including one fabulous gal I had tipped a ton. Most of the gals when not on stage had smartphone in hand even as they were with their "regulars" (which of course has a totally different meaning here). No gals offering me phone numbers tonight.
