Changing the scene in Pompano Beach?

The Gold Club Pompano just opened recently. Another club or clubs were in this building but new owners have come in and appear to be trying on putting a high class, Vegas style place into Pompano Beach. Pompano Beach has some fun clubs - Diamond Dolls and Cheetahs are among my favorites but Pompano Beach doesn't generally attract high rollers so it will be interesting to see how this does.

The decoration of the club is great - very high end. All the girls are in long gowns and look to be 7 to 9 so that is a beautiful sight. Everyone is friendly. There are signs indicating a rooftop bar and pool but at the time of my visit, they weren't yet open.

Topless dances are available at couches in a back area for $25 but apparently more action is available in VIP. But I got the feeling that this would be at a high cost. I live closer to Miami so I'm not sure when I'll be back but I recommend the Gold club just to see something different. Let's hope the clientele is there to support them.
