Because the dancers are veterans and very friendly, they will let your hands roam in the topless dance area. The best time to go is betwen 11 am and noon because the dancers get to keep the entire fee which they truly appreciate. Once the dancers recognize you, they become very friendly and treat you well.

The area is kinda rough, thus, I avoid the area at night. But, they do have security.
